To which countries do you ship?
We are able to deliver all over the world. Shipping availability in the indicated geographical area will always be confirmed at checkout. If there is no shipping rate for your address, you can request a quote by pressing the 'request shipping' button in the checkout.
How much are the shipping costs?
It depends on the quantity of products you order, their weight and the delivery address of the order. Create your cart, enter your address and calculate shipping costs.
How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the type of product, the destination and the value of the goods, our logistics service will choose the most suitable delivery methods:

Standard delivery with specialized carrier The products are shipped on pallets with maximum sizes of 100x120cm and maximum weight of up to 1200kg/pallet. Available worldwide, with curbside delivery. Approximate shipping times: from 15 to 20 days for European countries, from 40 to 50 days for non-EU countries. Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, between 08.00 and 18.00.

Bulky delivery with specialized carrier The products are shipped in a wooden crate with a maximum sizes of 175x345cm and a maximum weight of 1500kg/crate. Available worldwide, with delivery without unloading at street level. Approximate shipping times: from 15 to 20 days for European countries, from 40 to 50 days for non-EU countries. Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, between 08.00 and 18.00.
When will I receive the product I have purchased?
Each product sheet on Dimora indicates an estimated delivery date, which takes into account both production times and shipping times, depending on the location you set. In case of payment by bank transfer, the waiting time for credit will be added to the estimated delivery times. If your cart includes multiple items, delivery methods and times may be different for each item. We invite you to always check the expected delivery times for each item and to promptly notify us of any delivery needs.
Can I track the shipment of the product?
Upon delivery of the products to the selected carrier, you will receive an email with the shipping details. For deliveries with a specialized carrier, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number, but you will be contacted directly by the chosen carrier to agree with you the delivery date and time.
